Alexa Kuo is a Senior Research Specialist in the Archaeometry Lab at MURR. She assists Dr. Brandi MacDonald with a variety of projects, including ochre pigment and rock art provenance studies. Her background is in organic and instrumental chemistry, which she applies to archaeological contexts. She completed her Master's degree in Chemistry at the University of Oregon in 2020 and previously held an internship position at MURR, assisting both Dr. Brandi MacDonald and Dr. Virginie Renson.
