Bryan, N. D.Abstract
This work is a study of Bronze Age Grey Wares from Cyprus, the Levant, and Troy in North Western Anatolia. Visual examination of the styles and fabrics suggested the possibility that the sherds found in the Eastern Mediterranean had all come from Troy, and this work was undertaken to test this hypothesis.
By the measurement of chemical elements it is possible to establish whether the Cyprus and Levantine material is related to the similar pottery found in large amounts in North Western Anatolia, particularly around the site of Bronze Age Troy.
